At Protocol Labs, I work closely with hiring teams, offering support in creating strategies and implementing processes across the org. Creating key materials for hiring teams, such as interviewing best practices, strategies to hire more efficiently, and candidate and interviewer surveys to gauge satisfaction in the recruiting process. I schedule candidates and move them quickly and thoughtfully through the pipeline.
Mylk Guys
October 2019– December 2019 (Contract)
As a Technical Recruiter/Sourcer at Mylk Guys, I implemented a variety of sourcing tools, such as Mix Max, Contact Out, and Gem. My main focus was sourcing and hiring senior software engineers, as well as managing job boards, creating job descriptions, and hiring plans.
Instacart
March 2015-August 2019
I was hired to scale the company from 20-160+ in a year, as a sole member of the People and Talent Team.
Managed the full employee life cycle (hiring, onboarding, performance, offboarding), compensation planning, building experiences and fostering company culture.
Instacart is where I found my passion in all things people and talent. I worked with incredibly talented individuals and loved building relationships and experiences, both for people inside and outside of the company.
I started my career at Instacart as a Front Desk Coordinator, and after 4.5 years left the company as a Recruiting Programs Manager, Events and Experience. I created a variety of different programs, assisted in building out the recruiting coordination team, and working with engineering and product leaders to source meetups and events to host onsite. I organized and managed 2-4 onsite events a month.
